Are your dog poop bags really compostable?
Yes — our bags are made from cornstarch and plant-based materials (PLA + PBAT) and break down in 3–6 months, unlike plastic bags which can take centuries.
What is your processing time on orders?
Once an order is placed, there is a 24 hour processing time. We do our best to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible. Usually within 1-3 business days of receiving the order, sometimes same day!
What's your return policy?
We stand behind every roll. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days for a full refund.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $5.99 on all U.S. orders. Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We understand that international shipping prices can be expensive and I want you to know that we do the best we can to provide reasonable shipping prices. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
